One of the highlights of my week was the quality of the food, the excellent service, and the friendly and courteous staff!  Thanks for a great experience.

What To Expect at Chi Week:
Get personal, in-depth advice and coaching of the Chi Running and Chi Walking techniques by Danny Dreyer and Katherine Dreyer.

Participate in other mindful practices:
Creating a vision and goals, Yoga, Pilates, guided meditations, Body Loosener groups followed by guided runs and walks, and post-run self-massage tutorials.

I think we learned all we possibly could in one week. The whole week was well balanced. I thought the quality of the Instructors was outstanding. I found everyone's,  and I mean everyone's, kindness, patience, consistency, encouragement, and sheer joy in the teaching and in the subject matter to be a cut above my experiences at other similar types of programs. Overall it was a positive, life-affirming week.  Hallelujah!
-M.C. Rothschild, PA, from Chi Week 2010
