Chi Running Injury-free Beginner 5K Training Program
Chi Running is proud to announce the Injury-Free 5K Training Program – combining the proven Chi Running technique with the safest and most effective technique-based training for your 5K.
This 8-week run/walk program is designed for people whose end goal is to run a 5K and are looking for a gradual approach to help them safely transition from a run/walk to a run-only program with proper technique.
You will develop healthy running habits that will benefit you for the rest of your life.
It is highly recommended that you use this training program in conjunction with either the Chi Running book (2009) or Chi Running DVD (2009). The training program references the book and DVD for each weekly lesson and periodically throughout the rest of the manual.
