Chi Running is proud to announce the 10K training program for intermediate runners – combining the proven Chi Running technique with the safest and most effective technique-based training strategies for your 10K.
In 8 weeks, this program will teach you the foundation of the Chi Running technique, including longer times to build aerobic and cardiovascular capacity. In the Mastery Phase you'll practice specific aspects of your event and learn to overcome obstacles to your success.
Develop healthy running habits that will benefit you for the rest of your life.
It is highly recommended that you use this training program in conjunction with either the Chi Running book (2009) orChi Running DVD (2009).
