Chi Running is proud to announce the beginner 10K training program – combining the proven Chi Running technique with the safest and most effective technique-based training strategies for your 10K.
This program contains two separate training programs: a Run/Walk program for walkers wishing to transition for running, and a Run-only program for beginning runners. Both programs will get you to a 10K in ten weeks using the Form Focuses and Gradual Progress.
You will develop healthy running habits that will benefit you for the rest of your life.
It is highly recommended that you use this training program in conjunction with either the Chi Running book (2009) or Chi Running DVD (2009). The training program references the book and DVD for each weekly lesson and periodically throughout the rest of the manual.
