Beginner 10K Training Program with DVD
Chi Running is proud to announce the beginner 10K training program – combining the proven Chi Running technique with the safest and most effective technique-based training strategies for your 10K. The DVD will help you visualize each weekly focus of this training program. This program contains two separate training programs: a Run/Walk program for walkers wishing to transition for running, and a Run-only program for beginning runners.
