Join the official Asheville Marathon at Biltmore Estate e-Chi Training Program, and learn the Chi Running technique to complete this Marathon pain and injury-free. This online program with video lessons is designed for beginner marathon runners and is recommended for anyone who can comfortably run a 10K by the start of the program on October 16. You’ll increase your aerobic and cardiovascular capacity, improve efficiency, and stay injury-free. Asheville Marathon specific training will prepare you for this particular course.

Four Technique Clinics:

Training kicks off Saturday, October 13, 8:00am in Asheville with a 2-hour technique clinic with Certified Chi Running Instructors. Meet at the Reuter Center on the UNCA campus. 

Additional technique clinics for e-Chi Training participants will be held on Sat. Dec. 1, Sat. Jan. 5, and Sat. Feb. 23 at 8:00am. Meet at the Hard Times Trail Head at Bent Creek

If you are not close enough to Asheville to join the clinics, video lessons on the training program will help you learn the Chi Running technique.
